Booking Regulations

Provisional bookings may be made up to 18 months in advance.

No payment is required for a provisional booking.

On making a provisional booking you will receive a booking form, deposit and balance invoice within 7 days.

The completed booking form and deposit must be returned within 30 days of the provisional booking date or the booking will be lost.

An invoice for the balance payment will be sent and must be returned with payment 7 days before date of arrival.

Bookings with less than 30 days to date of arrival must be accompanied with a deposit payment.

Bookings with less than 7 days to date of arrival must be accompanied with a full payment.

Cheques should be made payable to: THE BARN OUTDOOR PURSUITS ASSOCIATION and crossed "AC PAYEE". NO cash please.

In the event of cancellation of the booking less than 30 days before arrival, the fees paid will only be refunded at the discretion of the Management Committee.
