Groups must be accompanied by at least ONE ADULT LEADER over the age of 25 years who will accept full responsibility for compliance with the booking regulations.
A mixed party must have FEMALE and MALE LEADERS.
The adult leader in charge must ensure that no annoyance or inconvenience is caused either within the boundary of the grounds or the village.
The accommodation and its contents must be left clean and in good order, with particular attention being paid to the kitchen, toilets and washing facilities.
ALL rubbish must be placed in the Council bags in the refuge cage at the bottom of the drive.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST FOOD OR DRINK BE LEFT BEHIND UPON VACATING THE PREMISES.
NO smoking or alcoholic drinks allowed on the premises.
Groups must vacate the premises by 1.00p.m. on the day of departure.
Damage to the building or its contents must be reported to the warden.
The responsible adult in charge of the group will be expected to pay for the cost of any damage to the centre and its equipment or to replace the equipment as appropriate.
Climbing boots must not be worn in the centre.
No dogs allowed, except guide dogs for the blind or hearing dogs for the deaf.
